Introduction

Job Description

We are hiring for the following positions:

1. Public relations manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Federation's communications and media relations. This includes creating and distributing press releases, organizing events and activities, and building relationships with key stakeholders and partners. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, experience in public relations or media, and a passion for promoting social justice.

2. Human resources specialist

We are seeking a talented professional to manage the Federation's human resources function. Responsibilities include recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in human resources or a related field, several years of experience in HR management, and excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

3. Fundraising coordinator

The Federation is seeking a dynamic individual to lead our fundraising efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising campaigns, researching and pursuing grant opportunities, and cultivating relationships with major donors and sponsors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in fundraising, excellent communication and networking skills, and a strong passion for our mission.

Requirements

All candidates must have a strong commitment to the trade union movement and social justice, be a team player, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Chinese and English is required for all positions. A bachelor's degree is required for the public relations and human resources positions. The fundraising coordinator position requires a minimum of five years of experience in fundraising or nonprofit management.
